THE PLEASE HELP IS: Writer and vocalist, Phillip Luna, has been a mainstay of San Antonio for over three decades. He has been part of renowned acts: Worm, 1.0, Shit City Dreamgirls, Royal Punisher, Fear Snakeface. Solar/Polar was written by The Please Help in 2018, recorded by Eugene Ng in 2019 and produced by Even I have Seizures in 2020.

Juan Miguel Ramos has been a longtime San Antonio drummer. He has performed with bands Sexto Sol, Suzy Bravo & the Soul Revue, Sun-day, and 90s influential band Glorium. Juan is also an artist, art educator and a co-founder of San Anto Cultural Arts. Both Phillip and Juan were raised at Taco Land.

George Lara is a native San Antonian and has been playing bass for 30 years. He has been a member of Glorium and Sexto Sol. Juan and George first played together in 1992.

Guitarist Javier Padilla is a multi-instrumentalist, engineer, writer and chef. Craft beer aficionado. 20 years making music in San Antone. Other projects of note include The Conflict and The Rambling Souls. Co-founder and editor of beloved but now defunct Backbeat Magazine. Javier and Phillip met while forming a Sex Pistols Halloween tribute band.
